To manage my time so that my school work and grades are maintained.

To arrive at least 60 minutes before a practice and 60 minutes before a game. I understand that the coaches will want to talk to us 10-15 minutes before each practice and game. Therefore I will have done my stretching and will be dressed and ready.

To abide with the team dress code.

To call one of the coaches should I not be able to attend a game or practice. I will give as much notice as possible.

All game jerseys and game socks are not to be worn at practices. I will wear my practice jersey and practice socks.

To show respect to my coaches, team mates, referees, parents, opposing players, parents and coaches. (Disrespect will not be tolerated. There are no exceptions to this rule.)

To wear all equipment to all games (Regular, Tournament, Exhibition) and practices. This includes neck guards and mouth guards.

To give 100% effort during all games, practices and dry land training. (One of our mottos is “Perfect practice makes Perfect” not “Practice makes Perfect”.)

To not take shortcuts when performing drills

To perform our warm-up exercise before each practice and game

That disciplined play is mandatory. (Retaliatory/undisciplined plays will not be tolerated.)

That I am a member of a TEAM. Selfish plays do not belong on this team.
- That if I am injured during a game to the point that the trainer needs to come and get me on the ice, I will miss a minimum of two shifts to make sure that I am OK.

That if I do not understand something I will ask for an explanation.

That sticks will not be slapped on the ice.
